The stage inspections are to make sure that your new dwelling is being built to the required plans and specification and workmanship, and to identify any defects that may arise through the construction period.
MBA Building Inspections is an Independent Building Inspector overseeing the construction of your new dwelling. There are a total of 8 inspections stages over the construction period.
- Stage 1 – Overviewing the plans and specifications
- Stage 2 - The setting out of the house on the block of land.
- Stage 3 – Footings and floor construction
- Stage 4 – Frames and roof
- Stage 5 – Lock up
- Stage 6 – Completion of the plaster
- Stage 7 – Fix out
- Stage 8 – Final Hand Over
With all inspections we liase with the builder and the site foreman.

HANDOVER INSPECTION REPORT
MBA's handover inspection report is designed to give you peace of mind that the property in question has been built to industry standards.
The report will ensure adherence to the appropriate building standards and recommend any rectifications which may be required to meet these standards.
