Payments can be made by credit card or by other arrangements.
Are there any areas that you do not inspect?
We endeavor to inspect all areas that can be visually seen at the time of inspection. Areas not inspected are areas that are not visually seen, ie wall cavities, under floors, flat roofs, eaves, stored items.
Do you inspect the roof and roof space during an inspection?
Yes, the roof and roof space can be inspected if there is access available.
What can i do if problems are uncovered?
We are happy to assist you in resolving any problems that we may uncover through advice and recommended tradepersons qualified in the area that needs to be rectified.
Can you provide pest treatment also?
MBA Building Inspections can conduct a pest inspection to uncover any pests that may be causing damage to your home. We do not perform any pest treatment, however we can recommend pest treatment specialists that can assist in the removal of any pests that are uncovered.
How can I receive my report?
MBA Building Inspections distribute inspection reports via email or as a hardcopy sent through the post.
